Dear Meditation Student:

Now that you are at looking at this webpage it means you have received your meditation course in the mail and have opened the contents. Please watch the welcome video and read the guided notes below.

These are important reminders while taking this course:

• Please read one lesson at a time each week.

• Try to live by each lesson through out the week.

• Meditate each day and then email me with your progress.

• Look at the chakra chart and learn to open up each of the 7 spiritual centers.

• Do not hesitate to email me throughout the 12 week course.

I promise you if you really abide by the above rules, you will change your life forever. Your spiritual pathway will open wide before you; your intuition will start working for you and you will be on your way to becoming your own guru. You will begin to get information and answers from within (God).
