This was an amazing event.  Elizabeth had gone on a television talk show earlier in the week and when someone called in and asked about President Reagan, Elizabeth began to cry.  Then a few days later, she and one of her friends were at her house and the two of them decided to do self hypnosis.  She was lying on the sofa in a state of hypnosis when she came out from under the trance shouting to her friend, Paul Denham, a young lieutenant in the Navy and a graduate of Annapolis, "Paul, President Reagan is in trouble; they are going to kill him if we don't warn him!  I saw it while I was under hypnosis," and she began to describe her experience to him.  "We have to call the Secret Service right now.  After all I'm an officer in the Navy and he is my Commander."  He picked up the phone and called the Secret Service at the Pentagon.  They wanted to speak with Elizabeth.  She described what she had seen and then proceeded to send President Reagan himself the above warning.  They told her they appreciated the warning and that they would take it very seriously. 

A few weeks later, her daughter Sandy, sent her the above newspaper article, verifying that what Elizabeth saw did happen.  She was so happy to know that she had given them the warning and that the tragedy did not occur.
