Elizabeth sketched this picture for the Baltimore Police.

A short time later, they picked him up, arrested him,

and he was found guilty for the murder.

Elizabeth Baron: In the spring of 1988, a woman came to me and asked me to tune in to her very dear friend who had just been murdered in Baltimore, Maryland.  She showed me a picture of the victim - a young woman.  I immediately called Sgt. Garrison and he came over with his crime kit.  He did a rendering of my description of the murderer and then faxed a copy of the picture of my impressions to the Baltimore Police Department.  The same woman returned to me about a month later and told me the police had picked up a man shortly thereafter who confessed to the murder.  The police told her the crime kit photo we had put together looked unbelievably like the murderer who, as it turned out, was her boyfriend.
