SPECIAL REPORT |
Recorded on May 28th 2006
On May 19, 2006, the movie The Da Vinci Code was release
in theaters which sparked wanted and unwanted controversy. Some say it is good;
others say it is not good because it is blasphemy. The following questions at
our May monthly meditation group in Charleston, South Carolina were asked of St.
Catherine by Jim Smyre regarding the content of this movie, Ron Howard's Film,
The Da Vinci Code.
Question: The question that seems to be important to some or many people
is – Did Jesus start a lineage?
Answer: No
Question: In this movie, the Knights of Templar and Opus Dei are two
organizations of the Catholic Church. Can you tell us anything about their
secrecy or do they have something to teach us?
Answer: This is a belief system that started long ago and there have been
numbers of books written about this; but the people who are writing about this
and there is no new writer. They all have just passed down information in the
form of a novel that has been known for many years. However, all this gossip and
talk about the Christ was started because man wanted to identify with God;
wanted to be just like God. But the Son of God was celibate and that’s how some
of the churches started. They started the vow of celibacy because it is the same
energy one uses for sex that one uses to write a great book, to paint a great
painting; but most of all to clear one’s spiritual centers so that one could
serve God. This man was an angel who was sent here to teach us to love;
therefore, he did not have time and it was not his desire to look on a woman in
a sexual way. I would say to you all that if you are a chosen one or a spiritual
leader among men, it would be best if you didn’t have a lineage, because you
will have to spend so much time with family, wife or husband, that you would not
have time to lead your people into the Kingdom of God. That does not mean that
those of you who have chosen the other path of marriage do not have your duties
and do not have your purpose, but it is a different pathway. A priest, a nun has
no right to take their vows and throw them into the trash.
Question: What kind of knowledge is deep in the Vatican vaults? Can you
tell us anything about that?
Answer: I cannot. I am not allowed to say anything against the church
itself.
Question: In the King James Bible, we have some absent books that may be
in the Catholic Bible, such as Tobit, Judas. Are those books worth keeping? Are
they true?
Answer: Yes they are true and are inspired by God just as any of the
other books are inspired. So, if you would like to see the complete teaching of
the Holy Word, you would have to read thousands and thousands of books that are
not a part of the Holy Bible because many were not chosen around the Third
Century to be a part of the Bible. But many of them are books that are just as
important.
Question: When DaVinci painted the Mona Lisa, it was not entitled such
until later when others gave that name to the painting. Who is the Mona Lisa?
Answer: Leonardo DaVinci was a walk-in for one thing. He had this
spiritual experience when he was twenty two years old. He made this painting
without a sitter. It is two parts of himself, male and female. He did know a
woman who had a daughter. This woman gave much to the church and her eyes and
her cheeks are part of the painting. But it is really Leonardo DaVinci himself.
Question: If he was a walk-in, he had a certain genius about him in art
and mechanics and philosophy. What was he here to teach us?
Answer: He was here to leave beauty in his paintings, to leave prophecies
of things to come as he did in his drawings of airplanes and others. He was
quite a genius but a very lonely man, who was manipulated by many. Some of the
things he did, he did not want to do. He had a very hard life and competed very
much with Michelangelo and others. But this truly was a man and I don’t have to
tell you this who was great in his own right. But that is because an angel of
God blended with him at twenty two. This Higher Power channeled through him on
canvas, paper and anyway that the angel could get through, including the Last
Supper.
Question: And that is my last question. With the painting of the Last
Supper - was there anyone else involved other than the thirteen people depicted?
Answer: No
Question: The place I visited in Jerusalem, was that the place they had
the Last Supper?
Answer: Yes
Comment: I would like to say something about the Holy Grail... From
Catherine.
Answer: Mary Magdalene obviously, was a woman who had seven spirits
inside her. Some were evil; some were positive. There were all sorts of spirits
because she loved the Christ. She loved him and wished he were a man, not the
son of God. Therefore, when the exorcism took place in which four people
participated, she became an entirely different person. Afterwards, she followed
after Christ and she even preached what we call sermons today. However, all this
sexual information about the Holy Grail is a bunch of hogwash. The Holy Grail is
a plain tin cup that is owned by a private family in the East. It is something
they will never reveal that they have. It is kept under lock and key at all
times. And it is a Holy tin cup because our Lord drank from it. But it is simple
and plain as you would expect from this simple man who had two changes of
clothes, the one he had on his back and the one he carried with him. He never
owned anything; never had a church. I defy those people who try to make this man
into something he was not.
Question: Can you give us a physical description of Jesus?
Answer: His hair was dark. And he looked very much like what we would
think a Jewish man would be. He had a large nose. He was about 6 ft. tall,
slender and beautiful and when you looked in his eyes you saw nothing but purity
of thought just as his white robe depicts. He came here as a miracle worker and
he taught us that we too could do these same miracles but few of us believe
enough. It is faith that brings these miracles about. Anytime a healer cannot
heal, it is because he lacks faith. Because this man did all those things the
Holy Books says, only thousands and thousands of things that were never written
down.
