A year ago, Elizabeth gave me a reading in which she foresaw a period of accelorated spiritual growth. She mentioned a special spirit guide would be with me during this time. She then went on to say I would overlive a number of my family members (since they're older I would have expected this.) Some months later, I had a rare heart problem manifest and could have died. It was a frightening time, particularly since I have a young child. Throughout the ordeal, I clung to Elizabeth's words which lead me to believe I would survive the event. Having this reading gave me a great source of comfort - thank you Elizabeth!

I have had so many changes in my life since I have started Elizabeth's 'The Journey Within' course. I am calmer and more optimistic about the future. My third eye is open to the point that I am becoming clairvoyant and clairaudient. Most importantly, I am living in the light. I feel much closer to God and my spirit guide. Now I see my life as a whole--like a body of work that I am here on Earth to complete. I am 'awakened' to possibilities that I had either forgotten about or never knew existed. That in itself is pretty exciting. The practice of living each day in the light makes me want to change the stuff that isn't working RIGHT NOW! Elizabeth gave me a reading in January. It was my very first reading, I had never done one before. I have to say that I was overwhelmed with everything she said. A few things were absolutely right on about me and my life...things that only I could know. As far as what's to come, I am a bit scheptical, I am honest, but I am going to wait and see...What I want to say though, is that Elizabeth is a such a nice lady, I was nervous before starting the reading but as soon as I heard her voice...I calmed down immediately, her voice is so reassuring and nurturing. While I have posted here before, I neglected to mention perhaps one of the most important aspects of Elizabeth's meditation course: the amount of time Elizabeth personally devotes to her students. This course isn't simply a matter of reporting on a lesson each week, and receiving a personal response from Elizabeth. It is so much more. In addition to our weekly exchanges, I would often email questions to Elizabeth, and she would always quickly respond with the guidance I needed. With all of the time she spent communicating with me, Elizabeth became so much more than a teacher to me - she became a friend and a mentor. Elizabeth's course turned on a light inside me. This course is the best investment you can ever make in yourself.

My reason for taking Elizabeth Baron’s course was to prepare myself to fulfill my purpose in life. I had not previously thought about taking a course in meditation but since I’d not been able to stay dedicated to a daily meditation practice it seemed like a good idea. I enjoyed the lessons and appreciated having a teacher to report my progress to each week—that aided in keeping me focused on the daily practice. Elizabeth was very direct and focused in guiding me through the lessons and ensuring I wasn’t missing their direction. She cares about the student’s development and touching base with her on each lesson is of tremendous value while working through the course. A broad range of subjects are covered, many of which made me wish I’d taken this course or learned these things long ago. I have noticed when I talk about meditation with others that many if not most people do not think they want to meditate. We have a natural resistance to sitting still for even 20 or 30 minutes to quiet our minds due to the chaotic nature of our existence, so it’s very counter to our culture. Once I realized this is something our Creator has asked us to do with a degree of dedication, the conviction was in place to undertake and remain with this practice. Still it was very difficult in the beginning to train myself to be still for even the 20 minutes that Elizabeth’s meditation recording takes. I didn’t make it for the entire 20 minutes the first time, and had difficulty throughout the first week. It became easier over time and I appreciated the meditations more and more, then soon it became a practice so special to me that I not only looked forward to it but also have not wanted to miss for even a day. There are many benefits to meditation, and although my practice is still in its first year I have noticed quite a few improvements in my life already. Between the meditation practice and taking the lessons to heart and following Elizabeth’s advice, I have changed my diet and lifestyle, lost 40 pounds, quit taking any medications, and become a much more even tempered person. Emotional ups and downs are far less and I generally have a much more positive outlook on life. My energy has improved greatly and I feel much younger than I have for years. I continue to work on my meditation practice after having completed the course and intend to for the remainder of my life. I see meditation as a true blessing in my life and am very grateful I took this course and that I had Elizabeth to guide me through it. I look forward to continuing to learn from the course and continue implementing the advice Elizabeth has given me. I sincerely wish everyone would take the advice of our Creator who asks that we “Be still and know that I am God.” If everyone learned to meditate and made it a daily practice what a more wonderful world we would all live in—a world filled with Light, Love, and Peace.

Having just finished both the Journey Within Meditation course and the Teacher Certification course, I am overwhelmed with gratitude to Elizabeth for being my guide on this journey. I have learned so much about who I am. Each day, I thank God for so many different things. I am grateful to my family for being wonderful teachers. I give thanks for whatever I may notice at the time. In this autumn season, it could be the beauty of the sun peaking through the clouds after a storm, or the sudden appearance of a rainbow, or the way the fallen leaves sparkle in the streetlight, or the way the grass glistens in the morning frost, or the crisp, clean smell of an autumn day, or the sun warming my face in the cool autumn air, or the smell of chimney smoke from someone's wood burning fireplace, or the sound of autumn leaves crunching under my feet, or the sound of a squirrel scampering up a tree, or the distinct colour and fullness of the clouds when they are holding snow.... I could go on and on and on. I am also so grateful to God for connecting me to Elizabeth, as my teacher. I have learned so much on this journey. I am a very different person than the sad, stressed person who began taking the meditation course several months ago. Learning to meditate and connect to my divine self has brought much joy, happiness and balance to my life. Elizabeth has been a wonderful teacher and an inspiration. I Had my first life reading 6 years ago when My ex husband left me and I was pregnant. My daughter was 3 at the time and my son was born almost 9 months later. I was in an abyss. I’m glad I found Elizabeth and took the steps of scheduling a life reading and taking The Journey Within course. You could say I’ve been something of a spiritual seeker for some time, and I wish I’d found her and taken the course long ago. I’ve had several other readings, all highly recommended and each helpful in their own way, but the information on my life’s purpose from Elizabeth’s life reading has certainly been the most vital. I began taking Elizabeth's meditation course, The Journey Within, several weeks ago. I have had so much going on in my life the last couple of years, and my own efforts with meditation didn't seem to be helping. The Journey Within course starts at square one, so that it is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. It is designed so that each lesson builds on the previous lesson. I am now half way through this 12 week course, and can hardly believe how much of a difference these lessons have made for me. I now look at things differently, and feel so much more at peace. I now feel love and light in places where I previously only felt sadness and darkness. I look forward to the time I spend on this each day. My cats also enjoy this time and have worked it into their routine, curling up close by. After recently losing my mother I was compelled to find out more about my life purpose in the wake of the huge void that her leaving has left. Elizabeth's message was spot on; with over a 100 past lives behind me, I now have validation for a lot of the incidents and events in my life - there are too many to mention here. I can absolutely recommend her to anyone who would like a 'pure' reading unfettered by the opinions of your usual 'psychic/ medium'. A lot of mediums tend to confuse your messages/ guidance as they are influenced by the nature of their own subjectivity and context as they communicate to you. Elizabeth's message is a pure channelled message from you to you. Elizabeth is the high end of mediums - you work your way up (spiritually) to getting a reading from her. Dear Elizabeth, I've had the pleasure of having 3 readings with you in the past 4 years. I'll start first by saying I began seriously searching for my purpose in life in early 2007. I have been struggling with a very difficult decision for the last 8 months. I was praying to God all of the time to please tell me what I should do. I was having trouble listening though. There seems to be so many complicated layers to my problem that I just couldn't begin to make peace with it enough to listen I guess. Once more I prayed again to beg God to please help me to listen. YOU WERE LEAD HERE FOR A REASON: I used to be the person who would frantically search the internet(and everywhere outside of myself) for an escape, read enthusiastic client comments on various self-help websites or hear others advertising their successful way of life, and be filled with doubt. I thought they were all fake, phony, and that what I read was nonsense. Because I'd never experienced it or tasted the positive energy for myself. I was stubbornly committed to my own destructive lifestyle, and wouldn't acknowledge a way out. But the idea of 'a way out' was entertaining, so I continued to make a game of outward-exploration. I used drugs and drank excessively, hopped from one social scene and relationship to another, turned to food for an answer, then with guilt turned to exercising, ran away from home, inflicted self-harm, was consumed by anger and projected it onto others, etc. But pain can't alleviate pain. To balance these behaviors with outward-hope, I became obsessed with horoscopes and astrology, joined various self-help groups, became a hypochondriac as a way to find a cure- somewhere, anywhere, blaming my mind, my body, or emotional turmoil as the source of my problems, changed my diet several times, changed my religion, etc, you get the point. But obsession can't overcome obsession. I believe fate, or fortunate circumstance, led me to this website last March, when I was 19 and desperately questioning where to turn. I was feeling very fragile, and knew that I was neglecting myself spiritually. I needed to know the reason for all of my frantic searching. I needed to know the point of everything I've experienced up until now. I called Elizabeth to simply find out more information, and ended up scheduling a reading. NOW was, and still is, the time for action. I was amazed at what she told me about myself and my life purpose... Everything finally made sense to me, and my direction became undeniably clear. Both my husband and I have had our first reading with Elizabeth. Upon reflection, I can tell you, nothing prepares you for the extraordinary gift you are about to receive. I received the beginner meditation class information and started immediately. I loaded the CD onto my ipod so I can take it with me where ever I go. I listened to the "How to Meditate" a few times, and have used the Guided Meditation exercise everyday. I am reading the lessons and I am focusing on having a positive attitude. I find that I have a "bad attitude / negative thoughts" more often than I realized. I think that meditating is helping me realize this. When I start to think negatively I am changing my thoughts as soon as I catch myself. I came to Elizabeth because I was going through so many different things emotionally and couldn't sort things out or make sense of what I was going through. Elizabeth helped give me focus to the things going on around me in my life and specifically indicated that my job would change and I would have a 15% salary increase before the year is out. Just unheard of. Especially since there was no job advancement where I currently was working. I had a 5% pay increase for the year - slightly above normal but not 15%. By October and seemingly out of nowhere, I was offered a new title, greater responsibilities and 10% additional income right where I already was - and the 15% total increase in my annual salary she told me I'd have. She has encouraged me to continue my education and I had never mentioned my interest in being self-employed to anyone but she knew. Around two and half years ago (or was it one and a half years ago??) I came to you for a personal reading. I wanted to give you an update on a couple of things that have happened in my life since that time.

When I came to you, I was in a very lonely and unhappy marriage to a man who was a bad match for me. I was slowly dying each day and had no joy in my life. I was simply existing and trying to make it from one day to the next. Finally, after 13 years of misery, he and I filed for divorce this past June. (We want to remain friends however.) This has been a difficult time, but also an exciting and hopeful beginning for me.

In my reading, you told me that I would meet a man with whom I would fall in love and be with for the rest of my life. At the time of that reading, nothing seemed like a more distant or foreign possibility. You also told me that he would be driving a white van and that he loved country music. I could not envision dating anyone who drove a van of any type, much less someone who liked country music.

Well, it happened. I have reconnected with a guy I went to high school with! And guess what?? He drives a WHITE VAN for the company he's employed by. Guess what else?? He LOVES country music, especially bluegrass. We went to a bluegrass festival together a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time.

Elizabeth, I am in love with this man and he is in love with me. We feel like our love is very old - ancient even - as if we had been together in a past life. Neither one of us had ever believed in that type of thing before. He and I are kindred spirits and we feel as if we've been looking for each other since we were children. It's the most amazing thing either of us has experienced. I have found my soulmate in this beautiful, loving man and he feels the same about me.

In December, 2004, I called Elizabeth for a reading because I was overwhelmed emotionally and physically after caring for my mother, 87, suffering from congestive heart failure and a broken hip, my father, 92, with cancer and other horrors and my aunt, 93, just recovered from a broken hip and stroke. Without any information from me, Elizabeth and spirit immediately focused on what I needed, comfort in knowing that my parents souls will pass on soon and return again, possibly even as my own grandchild, and validation of the years of care and self-sacrifice and sheer exhaustion emotionally and physically in caring for my parents, calling all of my efforts labors of love that are food for my soul. I was told to let go a little each day which isn't easy when every thought every minute revolves around keeping them alive and protecting them now that they were so vulnerable. But I started to think differently, as Elizabeth said, that I was giving myself the new job of preparing to help them leave this life. On May 5 my mom passed at home. On July 4, my dad passed in the hospital after three nightmarish weeks. And I let them go and survived. I miss them so much and I'm searching for the meaning of my life which I have back again and have glimpses of through Elizabeth. Elizabeth gave me perspective, and comfort and hope, and I now have new strength to share. Have no doubt, I'll be consulting with Elizabeth as life throws more lessons at me to learn. Ten years ago I called a radio station when Elizabeth was guest on a show. I had been trying to locate my Father, whom I had not seen since I was a very small child. My parents had divorced, and I had moved several times with my Mother, and we had not kept in touch with my Father since the divorce. Elizabeth said, "You don't want to contact this man, he has got a new family, and he has never even told them about you or his previous marriage to your Mother." I thought, "That's silly, why wouldn't he admit to being married before, and having a child? There's no shame in being divorced nowadays." I was not able to locate my Father, and I gave up the search for a few years. Then, one day I saw my Father's obituary in the paper, and the family members were listed as, "survived by.....". My name wasn't in the list, but I did get in touch with the daughter who was listed in the obit. Sure enough, none of his second family had been told about the existence of a wife or child that had predated their relationship.

Wow, I didn't know there was any medium in the world who was l00% accurate on predictions. Since 1987 I would say Elizabeth has a pretty excellent record. More like 90%. The average for any excellent medium is not usually that high, more like 80%. And I would like to say, I commend Elizabeth for having the nerve to put these monthly and yearly predictions on her website. You don't see any other medium doing so. Here are some clarifications regarding certain posts. The St. Catherine Monthly Messages to the World are posted on the website as fast as possible. However, with the busy schedule that Elizabeth has sometimes it's just not practical to process it to the website on the 1st day of the month. An example of that is in November Elizabeth was in NY working with a London film company on a movie for television. She was just not accessible. Elizabeth said, "we need to do better in 2005".

By the way, rest assured that Elizabeth Baron is in great health with more spirit than she ever had. Also don’t forget to look at the wonderful paintings by Elizabeth. We have some new paintings that will be posted on the website in couple of days just in time to send a beautiful Christmas gift to a friend or relative.

I read all the comments posted before deciding to place one myself..........I met Elizabeth when I was 24 yrs old. Elizabeth, is the most caring and giving person I've ever met. I received two readings (a year apart) and both were very true, and events in my life have unfolded as were told by St. Catherine. But it wasn't just the readings or Elizabeth that I was so excited about. It was what she taught me and the self empowerment that I received in the Meditation classes. It has been 5 years and I still ask god to surround me with his white light. I still send love and light out to the universe. Elizabeth gave me that knowledge to take with me and at my will I have the power to will good things to me. I pray for Jenna that she finds peace. Hello My name is Greg and My son's name is Davey. Two years ago or so, Elizabeth Baron predicted that in my son's 11th year an cure/treatment would be discovered. Well , here we are , Davey is 11 and we just got back from Tiquena, Mexico where he received stem cell therapy. I should preface this with the condition that Davey is afflicted with. He has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive, degenerative muscle wasting disease. Since his therapy he is gaining new found muscle strength, mental clarity and he getting more assertive all the time. I will be happy to discuss this therapy with anyone interested. However I am very cautious as this is still frowned upon for some unknown reason in the United States. take care
